By using the NearMe app or our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

NearMe is a product of Aamal Riyadh, referred to in these terms as "NearMe," "we," or "the Company."

2. Eligibility

To use NearMe services, you must:

  • Be female (for both riders and drivers)
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid ID
  • Pass the identity verification process

For drivers, there are additional requirements including a valid driver's license and background check.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  • Only one account per user is allowed
  • Information provided must be accurate and current
  • Account sharing with others is prohibited

4. Use of Service

When using NearMe, you agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only
  • Respect other drivers and riders
  • Not use the platform for any illegal activity
  • Not attempt to circumvent security systems
  • Comply with local traffic laws

5. Trips and Payment

Trip fare is calculated based on distance, time, and demand. By accepting a trip, you agree to pay the displayed fare.

  • Prices may change based on demand
  • Cancellation fees may apply
  • All payments must be settled through the app

6. Safety

Your safety is our priority. We expect all users to:

  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Report any inappropriate behavior immediately
  • Use the emergency button when needed
  • Verify driver identity before boarding

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Provide false information
  • Act in a way that threatens others' safety
  • Misuse the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

NearMe is a platform that connects riders and drivers. We are not a transportation company and do not bear direct responsibility for trips. However, we are committed to providing a safe and reliable environment.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the service means you agree to the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any disputes.
